About The Legend Himself

Kelvin Kok is the Minister of Art, Culture, and Heritage of the Otter Party. Born and raised on the small island of Labuan, Malaysia, he is well connected with his community and has experienced a wide range of cultures and diversity growing up. At the age of 16, he moved to Aotearoa, New Zealand, to do his NCEA at Kingsway School for 3 years. This leads to his acceptance to the University of Auckland, studying a Bachelor of Science, majoring in statistics. Having a background and experience in working together with other cultures, religions, and beliefs, he was quickly accepted into our Ministry of Art, Culture, and Heritage. Kelvin enjoyed traveling to different countries ever since he was a young boy, to this day, he has traveled to over 25 countries and counting. That experience as a tourist and the understanding of different countries and their immigration systems makes Kelvin the perfect candidate for the Ministry of Tourism and Ministry of Foreign Affairs position. The legend doesn't stop there as he wants to use his experience and help better our country as the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Kelvin enjoys watching anime, reading manga, and playing Dota 2 in his free time.
